Refunds & Returns Policy
At Völt & Weiss, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our watch winders. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
Returns
You have 30 days from the date of receipt to return your watch winder for a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required for all returns.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at hello@voltweiss.com. Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how and where to send your item.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
Please note, original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange your watch winder for a different model, color, or style, please follow the same return process. Once your return is received, we will ship the replacement item, subject to availability.
